Doug Healy is currently the senior director of consumer insights for PepsiCo’s Sports & Fitness Business Unit. This team oversees consumer insights and brand strategy for the Gatorade, Propel, Muscle Milk and Evolve brands. During his four years in the business unit, the team has launched a number of very successful innovations (Gatorade Zero, G Fit, Evolve protein) while also being a strong driver of brand strategy across the BU. Doug started his PepsiCo career in 2010 working on the Quaker team but throughout his career has worked both on the client- and supplier-side of consumer insights.
