Senior Manager of Advisor Experience Research (AXR) , Vanguard

Alicia leads the Advisor Experience Research team for Vanguard’s financial intermediary business. Her group utilizes mixed methods to inform product development and marketing strategy for the division. She has presented at both market research and UX research-focused conferences domestically and abroad, including TMRE, Agile Alliance and UXPA. She has a PhD from Clemson University and lives in Atlanta, GA with her husband, two wild toddlers and a tolerant cat.
