Ruchika Jain-Bala is a consumer insights-driven marketing professional with global work experience in U.S., Canada and India. She is passionate about understanding the human mind and ‘why people buy what they buy.’ She fell in love with insights while pursuing an MBA in marketing from Schulich School of Business in Canada. Thereafter, she built her career in the CPG and retail industry. Over the past five years, she has gained cross-category experience in food, beverage, beauty and personal care categories as well as worked with various retailers in the natural, convenience, e-commerce, pharmacy and grocery sector.
