Rob Hardy is the head of insight in Cambridge University Press & Assessment’s International Education division. He and his team are responsible for helping the organization make better informed decisions – gathering and disseminating customer, product, market and competitor insights and intelligence. With over 15 years of research experience, both agency and client side, Rob was once upon a time a musician, while nowadays has a passion for woodwork and whittling.
