Lisa joined the IMA in 2018, having spent her career up to then in senior insight, data analysis and customer experience roles at Barclays, BNP Paribas and the RAC. At the IMA, she specializes in storytelling and influence skills, two topics that she feels extremely passionate about and runs the IMA’s school of senior insight advisers.
