Claire (she/her) holds a Doctorate in Rehabilitation Sciences and Human Computer Interaction. Her research work has primarily focused on the intersection between digital accessibility and usability and has spanned several industries.

She is currently a Senior UX Researcher at Verizon, and has helped build an Accessible UX Research practice at the company. As part of this work, she empowers designers and researchers to push accessibility beyond compliance to improve experiences for all.
