Tiana Badillo, senior manager of Macy’s Customer Experience, leads a team focused on turning customer feedback into actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization. She has ten years’ experience in marketing and market research, on the vendor and client sides. She was previously on Macy’s Primary Research team, leading custom quantitative and qualitative consumer research and worked on YouGov’s Omnibus team managing the end-to-end research process for a variety of clients.
Tiana holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Johns Hopkins, an M.S. in Marketing Analytics from CUNY Baruch, and a Principles of Market Research certification from The University of Georgia.
