Kim heads up the innovation insights and foresight team at Molson Coors. Kim believes big business has the opportunity to be more human so she studies human needs, explores culture and investigates product trends to unlock new opportunities in order to develop our innovation pipeline and humanize our business for growth. Prior to joining Molson Coors, Kim spent about nine years at Nielsen consulting across a wide range of clients. Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Kim resides in Chicago and is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion and advancing the social impact of brands.
