Kathy Cheng is the founder and CEO of Nexxt Intelligence, the Toronto-based research technology company behind inca, conversational AI purpose-build for market research. Kathy is deeply qualitative at heart. She founded Nexxt Intelligence with a conviction that quantitative research could be improved by adding a qualitative dimension and using qualitative principles of building rapport, engagement, projection and probing to deliver deeper insight at scale. Prior to that, she worked at Ipsos and Environics in Canada and Nielsen in Shanghai.
