Room 1 | 11:00 am - 11:30 am | Wednesday, February 22, 2023

Organizing the work of a set of UX researchers is not an easy task. Leveraging agile methodologies has helped the ServiceNow digital UX research and content team align their work with that of the digital design, product and development teams. This presentation will discuss the technology used and how work is taken in, assigned and sized. It will also demonstrate the results, including greater ability to manage changing priorities, project visibility and delivery of strategically timed, impactful work.
