Michael has been leading consumer insights research for more than 20 years on both the supplier and client sides. Before joining Smarty Pants, Michael spent more than 13 years at Paramount in senior positions across multiple brands (Paramount Pictures, MTV, VH1, CMT and LOGO) and on two coasts.
