Her primary focus is to bring the voice of the customer into product development, strategy and marketing. She leverages emerging technologies to understand the deeper “why” behind customers’ actions. Deepa was awarded the 2018 Marketer of the Year Award winner in Market Research for Fossil Group by the American Marketing Association and  the 2018 Genius Award for Data & Analytics Growth for Fossil Group awarded by the ANA (Association of National Advertisers).
