Cristian joined AT&T’s team in July 2022 as AVP, Insights and Knowledge Management. He has an extensive background in knowledge management and previously led knowledge management for BCG’s new ventures arm, which he joined after overseeing knowledge management at Siegel+Gale. Cristian strongly believes that organizations and people can work better through the strategic application of technology and process, and what matters most in any knowledge management practice is a relentless dedication to user-centered technology and process design. Cristian has served as an adjunct faculty member for two masters degree programs at Columbia University, Applied Analytics and Information & Knowledge Strategy.
