Alanna Shipley has over 15 years of experience in market research and currently leads the Audience Insights team at DoorDash.

In her two years at DoorDash, Alanna has been responsible for establishing, defining and growing the insights function. Prior to DoorDash, Alanna worked at Levi Strauss & Co. leading Global Shopper Insights across the LS&Co brands and at Procter & Gamble where she managed insights initiatives across multiple categories. 

As an insights leader, Alanna is passionate about using curiosity and research expertise to understand the audience at their core; then using creativity and storytelling to unlock the opportunity for others.
