Stephanie is the program manager for IBM’s Win-Loss Program, where she is responsible for gathering direct client feedback on IBM’s offerings and go-to-market strategy. Previously, as an industry analyst at IDC and business advisor within IBM’s market research group, Stephanie translated market trends and industry dynamics into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for executive leaders at major technology and IT services firms. She holds a B.A. in East Asian studies from Union College and an MBA from Babson College.
