Serena has over 20 years of experience working in FMCG. Beginning her career in sales and over time building experience working across insight, data and shopper business functions. Serena spent five years as the head of insight for SBXL delivering insight and strategic plans to some of the biggest companies around the world. In 2017 Serena left the agency sphere to combine her data and analytics skills with her passion for shopper and retail knowledge at Molson Coors leading the Beer and Cider Category Agenda in the U.K.
