With over 30 years of experience in MR technology (both quant and qual) and previous positions at Confirmit, SPSS MR, Big Sofa and Decipher/FocusVision (founding the Decipher office in the U.K.), Richard is chief customer officer at Askia, one of the leading providers of survey data collection, DP and reporting solutions. Three random facts about Richard are: he has a published song on Spotify and iTunes; he had two of his jokes performed at the Edinburgh festival; and he traveled by boat to Australia and then worked for a year on a cattle station in Queensland.
