Mine is responsible for Customer Insight in the company and helps Marketing, DSS and Sales teams in taking strategic decisions.

With a degree in engineering, she has 20 years of experience in Customer Information Management, Customer Experience, Customer Insights, Neuromarketing and Behavioral Economics.

Over the past years she specialized in Behavioral Economics and led EEG, Eye Tracking, Implicit Reaction Time tests in different project. She gives speech about these topics in different events.
