Ian joined Populus as a director in 2013 after leading the customer research team within the MediaCT division. He has 17 years of research experience with particular expertise in the media, entertainment, gaming and digital sectors.
Ian is passionate about finding innovative and bespoke research solutions that tackle clients’ complex business challenges. These often involve the use of new technologies such as virtual reality and biometrics.
