Dawn has been in the insights industry for over 17 years, having had experience working within both agency- and client-side organizations. Currently, she is leading the insights agenda and organization for Pepsi Lipton International, a joint venture between Unilever and PepsiCo. Dawn has a passion for embracing new technology to enhance insights generation while also maintaining the empathy that only humans can currently bring. She has a number of achievements under her belt including a complete review, redesign and application of the approach Unilever takes on qualitative research.
