As Group Head of Customer Experience and Insight at Vue International, Ruth carries out research and ensures a customer perspective is central when making changes with cinema colleagues across Europe, to deliver amazing big screen experiences. With a career in consumer insight spanning over 20 years at a variety of major retail and hospitality brands (including McDonald’s, Marks & Spencer and Virgin) and a background in psychology, she specializes in understanding the people behind the numbers. Ruth is also a Director and longstanding member of AURA, the U.K.’s biggest client-side research networking and events organization.
