Bob has been in UX for more than 30 years on both the agency side and client side, including running a UX group inside of a global market research company. He has published dozens of industry and academic papers, two books and a number of patents. He speaks frequently at international conferences on various research topics. Currently, he is the founder and managing director of Bold Insight’s U.K. office. Bob holds a PhD in Cognitive and Experimental Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
