Riikka Tommila has over 20 years of experience in the brewing industry, from brand marketing to business development. In recent years, she has focused on consumer insights. She is passionate about discovering new consumer trends and understanding changes in consumer behaviour so that the understanding can be transferred to meaningful insights and strong commercial concepts leading towards business growth. Riikka believes in thorough analysis of both qualitative and quantitative research for finding business opportunities and even creative solutions for communications, activations and new product development. Creating true consumer value really motivates her in this field.
