Nicola is a research and insights manger at Tyl by NatWest, leading insights to understand the needs and challenges of U.K. merchants to drive seamless payment experiences.

Prior to Tyl, Nicola was a market intelligence manager for Worldpay. Along with various positions within research agencies and media research. Before jumping into the world of research, Nicola studied Sociology at the University of York, later a Master of Applied Cultural Analysis at Lund University, Sweden.

Outside of work, Nicola’s main priority is her Maine Coon rescue cat, Biscuit.
