Nick is a global market and consumer insights and analytics leader who has led data, insights and knowledge strategy transformation for a Carlsberg until March 2023, and previously Intercontinental Hotels Group.
His career has encompassed building mega-brands, portfolio management, data analytics and CRM strategies, consumer-led innovation, trends and foresights, product and service strategies and long-term business model optimization across a wide variety of categories from telecoms, technology, manufacturing, service and travel industries and through varying target consumer bases from emerging middle classes to high-end luxury.
