Nick Rich has worked in the insights industry for over 25 years, most recently leading the global insights and analytics organizations at both InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) in the U.K. and Carlsberg Group in Denmark. Recently returned to the U.K., Nick continues to play an active role in the MRS’s Senior Client Council and while searching for his next insights role is co-writing his first book on insights-led business growth.
