Michelle Hixson is a global insight consultant at Shell, specializing in convenience retail insights. An experienced research professional, she has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Prior to her current role, she was a senior insights manager at GlaxoSmithKline working across a range of consumer healthcare products as well as beginning her career agency-side at Ipsos MORI. When she isn’t throwing herself into consumer mindsets, she enjoys Nordic walking, trips to the theatre, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
