Liz has over 20 years of qualitative research and began her career at Modem Media, an interactive services agency in Connecticut in the late 1990s. While there, she established the research group and pioneered a variety of online qualitative methods including live chat groups and asynchronous bulletin boards.
Liz’s work often occurs at the intersection of technology and traditional industries. She has worked with the world’s leading consumer packaged goods, financial services, technology and pharmaceutical companies talking about everything from credit cards to sustainable clothing to cardiac devices.
