Lisa joined the IMA in 2018, having spent her career up to then in senior insight, data analysis and customer experience roles at Barclays, BNP Paribas and the RAC.
At the IMA, Lisa specializes in storytelling and influence skills, two topics that she feels extremely passionate about. She provides advice to a range of IMA members including HSBC, ASOS, Deliveroo, Audible, Which? and Sport England.
Lisa holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology, and a CIM post-graduate diploma in Marketing, and she is currently studying for an MA in Coaching from the University of Warwick.
