Juliane Beard (whose background lies in social and cognitive neuroscience and psychology) is the director of research at Mindlab, a research agency specializing in quantitative implicit research using reaction-time testing and beyond.

Juliane is passionate about using research to uncover the underlying perceptions and attitudes that drive people’s behavior. She is a returning speaker at The Quirk’s Event, and was shortlisted for the 2022 ‘Most Inspiring Speaker’ Aura award.
