Jenna has over 22 years of experience in quantitative research, leading the Employee Experience Research department at DJS Research for more than five years. Before that, she worked for BMG Research for 11 years. Jenna specializes in social research and has worked in central/local government, public health, housing, charities/not-for-profit and environment and sustainability sectors. She is skilled in various research methods, especially large-scale quantitative approaches such as CAPI, CATI, online and tracker methods and statistical analysis techniques like random probability sampling and customer segmentation. Jenna is also proficient in managing multi-mode projects, focusing on high-quality research that delivers actionable insights.
