The driving force behind the deep human understanding agenda in Haleon, James has been responsible for driving an enterprise-wide focus on insights, leading on the priority of “Deep human Understanding” across all functions, focused on raising capability within, and beyond, the insights team. This includes the creation and launch of a miniMBA in partnership with UCL,  which currently has 1,700 active learners. In addition, he is passionate about people development in insights and created Insights Academy, a high performer/high potential program offering intensive personal development for future insight leaders, as well as mentoring outside of Haleon through WiRE.
