Alexandra Hachem

Social Listening Manager, Pernod Ricard HQ

Alexandra Hachem, with a background in social media and strategic planning, joined L’Oréal Group in 2016.  At the Innovation Department and at the Head of the Prospective, she specialized in utilizing global social insights and online trend-watching to complement existing data sources. Alexandra successfully established an online community of worldwide consumers and directed strategic task forces for the group. Subsequently, she served as Market Insight Manager at Euler Hermes before joining Pernod Ricard as a Global Social Listening Manager. Currently, she is responsible for overseeing the governance of Radarly and introducing new methodologies and data sources in her role.
