Every year we interview over one million respondents worldwide using the main quantitative and qualitative research methodologies (CATI, IDI and CAWI). We do this in an innovative way: In addition to our call centers (750+ native speaking interviewers), we have developed a digital area to intercept respondents through social channels (Social Sampling). We are able to interview them both through online and telephone surveys and with new technologies, such as webcams and voice assistants (Alexa).
