Teresa Faust is a market researcher for The United Methodist Church (UMC). She received her B.A. and MBA from the University of Dayton. She spent over 10 years working in advertising research helping companies optimize communication across touchpoints to strengthen customer relationships and grow their business. In her current role, she leads research across teams as the resource for customer information, data analysis and strategic consultation to grow The UMC. She is currently serving on the board of the Nashville American Marketing Association and serves as V.P. programming for the Nashville Chapter of the Religion Communicators Council.
