Mike is focused on how technology impacts business success. He supports KS&R clients throughout the product development lifecycle and helps them understand customer wants and needs. Dealing almost exclusively in the B2B space, Mike studies technology adoption and motivation across the globe – and how the purchase calculation has shifted for businesses over the past 10 years. An avid moderator, he seeks new approaches and techniques to capture customer experiences and rationalization. Mike holds a B.A. in economics from Hobart College and MPA from SUNY Albany, Rockefeller College.
