Heather joined PRS IN VIVO in 2010 to build and oversee the quantitative research function in Singapore, shifting to Chicago in 2014 to do the same. Heather is passionate about shopper insights and leveraging behavior-based tools to provide actionable insights to a range of CPG/FMCG brands across the globe.
