Cynthia Hicks is an associate research strategist for the insights team at 20|20. As the organization’s primary quantitative specialist, Cynthia draws upon her past experiences in campaign and election polling, advertising and marketing to provide clients with strong analytic and consulting expertise. Cynthia is particularly interested in hybrid methodologies, linking the “what” of quantitative with the “why” of qualitative to amplify the voices behind the data. Cynthia holds a master’s in political science and quantitative methods from Vanderbilt University. She currently resides in Nashville, Tenn., but will always call her native Los Angeles home. Outside the office, Cynthia is an active early bird who enjoys starting the day with a HIIT or spin class.
