Claire Brooks is president of ModelPeople Inc., a global insights and strategy consultancy. Claire has held senior positions in brand management, strategic planning and consumer research in Europe and the U.S. She has an M.A. in social and political sciences from Cambridge University and an MBA from Durham University where she also taught MBA marketing programs. Claire has conducted mobile and multi-method ethnographic research around the world. She was named by Time magazine as a leader in spotting cultural trends and is the author of Marketing with Strategic Empathy®, published by Kogan Page in the U.S., U.K. and China.
