Carrie Ericksen is the director of consumer and shopper insights at Tillamook. Before jumping to the client side of the desk to lead the insights function for the farmer-owners of Tillamook in 2015, she was at Nielsen and a boutique market research firm guiding product development and marketing strategy for industries from CPG to med/pharma to public utilities. Carrie has a master’s in applied social psychology from Loyola University Chicago. She enjoys exploring the splendor of the Pacific Northwest and eating good cheese.
