Molly leads the Consumer Insights team at Wilton Brands. In her role, she is responsible for being a strategic foresight consultant who helps align company strategy with consumer needs. Prior to this role, she gained broad health insurance and pharmaceutical experience, spending seven years at Blue Cross Blue Shield Association managing B2B and B2C primary and secondary research efforts after dabbling in the supply-side at comScore.

Molly holds MBA and Master of Science degrees from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is based in the greater Chicago area.
