Katie leads a team of Sensory and Consumer Experience scientists at PepsiCo focused on Foods R&D. She has nearly 15 years of experience in CPG industry translating consumer response and sensory perception into successful product designs. She graduated from Kansas State University with a Masters and BS in Food Science. She is also active in the Society of Sensory Professionals, contributing to their Professional Development and Connectors programs.
