We will start with a quick overview of blockchain technology. This will include a general discussion followed by a discussion to dispel any misconceptions for the shortcomings of blockchain technology for the market research industry. We will point to the uses of blockchain technology in other industries that prove it is a vital technology to be acknowledged. Part of this discussion will be to separate the negative perception of cryptocurrency and the disruptive blockchain technology.
The next section of our presentation will be to show how blockchain technology can be used to address the pain points of the market research industry. Some of the pain points that will be addressed are poor respondent quality, lack of respondent interest and data privacy concerns.
The last section of our talk will demonstrate a live case study and how blockchain is being used to address the pain points.
