Sourav is a senior UX researcher at Zappos. He enjoys exploring strengths, constraints and applications of research methods to answer business, product and design research questions. He believes that quality insights can be gathered by complementing research methods and is passionate about understanding the customers’ behaviors and attitudes vis-a-vis engagement, funnel, user journey and context. In addition to e-commerce and retail, Sourav has worked in the areas of usable privacy, health care and logistics.
