Scarlet is a seasoned researcher adept at both quantitative and qualitative methods with experience across various industries and analytical areas. She has over 16 years of experience both on the vendor and client sides. At Comcast, Scarlet works with teams across the organization aligning research to eliminate redundancies, improve processes and make research more rewarding for stakeholders.
Scarlet received her MFA in film and electronic media from American University in 2001 and earned her Ph.D. in interpersonal communication and media studies from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2003. Her articles are published in peer-reviewed academic journals.
