Rick Kelly has spent most of his career in the market research industry, working closely with clients and operations teams to ensure client needs are met. He has published articles on market research methods and delivered presentations at the MRA, PAPOR and AAPOR, among others. His research interests center around using new technology to capture data.

In addition to his research background, Rick has an MS in political science from Utah State University and has an MBA from The University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill.
