Paul currently oversees the business development and client services team. Paul is responsible for developing new services designed specifically for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical devices industries. In this role, Paul is also a valuable contributor to the strategic planning and execution of all sales and marketing activities.
Prior to Olson Research Group, Paul was the President of Genactis Inc. and spent nine years at Clarkston Consulting. He spent four years at IMS Health, where he served as vice president of marketing and was responsible for more than 60 marketing and sales professionals. Prior to IMS Health, Paul was responsible for managing the sales and operations, market research and business development for Novo Nordisk Pharmaceuticals.
Paul has been a featured speaker at national and international pharmaceutical conferences and a guest lecturer at Rutgers School of Graduate Management and West Chester State University Graduate School of Business. Mr. Allen received an M.B.A. from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, with a concentration in marketing sciences, completed graduate course work at the Medical College of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and a B.S. in biology and chemistry from Eastern University in St. Davids, Pa. Paul is currently the chairman of Intellus Worldwide, the largest trade association for health care market research professionals.
