Nina Guest, manager of consumer insights for Olive Garden, is a recognized expert in the restaurant and entertainment sectors. Since joining Olive Garden in 2013, she’s utilized guest insights to guide strategies that inspire connections, bringing people together to enjoy “crave-able” cuisine. Before Olive Garden, Nina used her expertise in guest and member satisfaction to create memorable vacation experiences at Universal Orlando as part of the consumer insights and organization development teams. Nina loves being “Mom” to her four-year-old daughter, her inspiration to collaborate on innovating fulfilling experiences for families nationwide. Nina holds a B.B.A. from the University of Miami.
