Melissa is the director of KS&R’s marketing sciences group. Having been in the industry more than 20 years on both the client and supplier sides of the business, Melissa has the lens to be able to translate results into client-friendly outputs. Melissa’s current role spans all industries at KS&R and both B2B and B2C engagements. She is regularly involved in the design and execution of studies which involve advanced analytics, as examples: choice-based studies, driver analysis and segmentation analysis.
