As Global Lead of Though Leadership Research, Marion’s key role is to establish and enhance the vision, strategy and execution of Spotify’s ad revenue business through cutting-edge research. Her mission is to direct and elevate Spotify’s research strategy, positioning the platform as a though leader in the industry. Prior to Spotify, Marion led similar initiatives at Yahoo for nearly six years. She debuted her career in London as a media planner in large media agencies and quickly moved to the strategy and insights side of the business. Marion holds Bachelor’s in business and marketing, majoring in advertising and consumer psychology.
