Lauren Palmer

Team Lead, Advertising Research, IBM

Lauren leads the advertising research team at IBM and is responsible for managing a wide range of quantitative and qualitative research, including focus groups, message testing, ad testing, and beyond. Prior to this role, she conducted product-focused market research for IBM business units and was program manager for a global CX tracking program covering all lines of business. Lauren lives in NYC, where she advises undergrads at NYU and enjoys traveling to at least one new country every year.
